Jakob Exhibits

Our favourite cookie monster and seriously talented artist Jakob Hinrichs is exhibiting his work in France...

"The Jakob Hinrichs exhibition, in partnership with the Franco-German Center for Provence, offers for the first time in France a broad overview of the artist's talent through the numerous preparatory drawings, sketches and original plates of his adaptations, but also Personal works and projects that remained unpublished in the hexagon, as his very nice contribution to the collective work A Graphic Cosmogony . The idea of Jakob: revisit - nothing less - the myth of the creation of the world ... in 7 pages of course."

Green Goods

The wonderfully raw paint marks of illustrator Aitch sets the tone for the cover of the Green Kitchen cookbook. This latest publication by David Frenkiel and Luise Vindahl is said to already have a cult following for it's exciting vegetarian recipes. Unfortunately as it sometimes goes in the competative artistic world, the final publish favoured a photography route. Nonetheless, we think this wrap cover deserves to be laid out and shared for you all to sample.

Tequila

TEQUILA TEGUILA! Mural artist Ricardo Cavolo was commissioned by reputable tequila brand Jose Cuervo to create four vibrant illustrations for their 222nd anniversary limited edition bottles. We haven't got a hard copy of this product but we can provide the salt and lime if anyone else does?

"How To"

Here's a set of funnies for you. Tobatron's illustrations were created for a Belgian restaurant who also make their own magazine. The restaurant is called Brasserie Nieuwpoort.  Comissioned with Belgian agency Reclamebureau Plug they depict a humorous info-style series of how to’s. "How to take the perfect selfie, how to get a six pack..."

Zesty

The wonderful folky tones of Aitch span far and wide, decorating packaging in bespoke florals and winding vines, covering billboards with cheerful characters and playful patterns. There's been a lot cooking for Aitch behing closed doors that we can soon reveal (hold tight). Meanwhile to keep your appetites satisfied we're sending you some juicy vine oranges. Sumptuous and satisfying - full of zest and great for colds. Just beware of the sneaky snake...
